Grilled Shishitos

A classic grilled Shishito pepper recipe that's good year-round, not just on the summer BBQ.

+ Cook time: 20 minutes


Grocery List

Shishito peppers

Olive oil

Salt + pepper

Lemon

Prep + Cook

1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

2. Wash and dry Shishito peppers.

3. Toss in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Grill for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway and watching for burning.

5. Transfer to plate, sprinkle fresh lemon juice* and sea salt to taste, and serve!

*Veg Head tip: lemons are also extra delicious grilled alongside the peppers!
