An artichoke. Lots of interesting layers but the heart is the best part!

Share a favorite memory or experience with fruits + veggies:
Probably the first time I visited a commercial vegetable farm. Rows and rows of vegetables as far as the eye could see. I'm an operations nerd, so I geek out on that sort of stuff. The scale of commercial vegetable farming always boggles my mind.

Growing vegetables is hard work. Don't take your food for granted.
