What vegetable best describes your personality and why? 
Kohlrabi. I'm a little sweet, a little spicy and a little weird.

Share a favorite memory or experience with fruits + veggies:
I am always geeking out over a new fruit or veggie variety; every time I travel my first stop is the neighborhood farmers market. Closer to home, helping my dad plant his garden every season is quite rewarding. One year I planted all of the onion bulbs upside down and he has yet to forget... Another year he planted an entire row of watermelon seeds that never sprouted. That very same summer I threw all of the seeds from a watermelon slice in my moms flower garden and they produced beautiful fruit!!! That was my redemption year.

Anything you want people to know about?
Get to know your local farmers! They work really hard to put those gorgeous vegetables on your plate. Farming is sexy.
