Curried Corn & Shishitos

A quick, flavor-packed veggie side with bright curry heat and colorful shishito peppers and corn.

Grocery List

1 small can of curry sauce (to taste)

12 oz of Shishito Peppers

Corn (1 can or 2 fresh cobs, cut off the cob)

Olive Oil

Salt + Pepper

Prep + Cook

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add washed shishito peppers and corn, and cook until peppers begin to blister (5-8 minutes).

3. Mix in curry and salt + pepper to taste. Adjust amount of curry based on your spice tolerance! Stir for a few more minutes, then serve!
