Grilled Cubanelles + Spring Onions

Grocery List
4 Anaheim or Cubanelle peppers
1 bunch of spring onions
Olive oil
Salt + pepper
Lemon
Large mixing bowl
Prep + Cook
1. Wash and dry peppers and spring onions.
2. Trim the upper top of the onion stalks and discard.
3. Toss in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning every couple of minutes and watching for burning.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over peppers and onions, and enjoy as a the perfect summer side dish!
