Herbs & Heirlooms Salad
The perfect, quick salad to welcome warmer weather - our mini heirlooms tossed with your favorite herbs and vinaigrette.

Grocery List
2 pints Mini Heirloom tomatoes
A mix of fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint and dill are lovely)
Your favorite vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Prep + Cook
1. Rinse tomatoes and quarter, then place in a serving dish.
2. Wash and dry your selected fresh herbs, then either de-stem and roughly chop or pick the leaves off and add to the tomatoes.
3. Drizzle with vinegar (we used a kombucha vinegar), olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and toss salad then serve.
