1 handful Ark Foods Mini Sweet peppers
1 Ark Foods Purple Bell pepper
1 apple of your choosing
1 handful Medjool dates
1 handful green olives
1 small ramekin beet hummus
1 small ramekin almond butter
1 small ramekin “bar mix,” a.k.a toasted chickpeas + pepitas
Your favorite crackers and flatbreads
A cutting board or serving tray
Prep + Cook
1. Slice Purple Bell peppers and apple into strips and smiles.
2. Assemble ramekins filled with spreads and “bar mix” onto a cutting board or serving tray.
3. Scatter all of your colorful fruits and veggies any which way.
4. Don’t forget your big dippers, like flatbreads and crackers.
5. Eat the rainbow!
