Shishito Margarita

3 roasted Ark Foods Shishito peppers
3 ounces Reposado tequila
1 1/2 ounces Cointreau
Slices of fresh lime
1 Margarita glass
1 cocktail shaker
Prep + Cook
1. Rim your Margarita glass with lime juice and salt. Place the glass in the freezer to chill out.
2. Remove caps from the Shishito peppers.
3. Muddle the lime slices and two Shishitos in a cocktail shaker.
4. Add all liquid ingredients to the cocktail shaker, then fill with ice.
5. Shake, shake, shake!
6. Strain into your chilled Margarita glass, attaching your final roasted Shishito on the side. Garnish or snack, you decide. Cheers!
