Grilled Shishito + Tomato Skewers

28 Ark Foods Shishito peppers
12 heirloom cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Toasted sesame oil
Salt + pepper
4 skewers
Prep + Cook
1. Soak skewers in water for a few hours before cooking to ensure they don’t burn.
2. Skewer two Shishitos, then a tomato, and repeat until you add your third tomato. Add one final Shishito at the end.
3. Oil with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Grill on medium heat for 10 minutes, watching closely and flipping consistently.
5. Once off heat, sprinkle with toasted sesame oil and serve.
