Simple Roasted Honeynut Squash
Honeynut Squash are super easy to make and even sweeter to eat.

+ Cook time: 30 minutes

2 x Honeynut squash, halved and de-seeded
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Prep + Cook
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Wash, halve and scoop out the seeds. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with some olive oil and season with salt.
3. Roast for 25 minutes or until soft.
Some fun sweet and savory seasonings to spice it up! Add any of these combos + salt before you roast!
- Cumin + Chili Powder
- Chopped Rosemary + Garlic
- Sesame Oil + Tamari
- Cinnamon + Honey
- Maple Syrup (add a scoop of ice cream before serving!)
